Wellness & Mindfulness: How To Manage Work Stress by Jeff Oliver
Work can be stressful sometimes, especially when running on a tight schedule. When left ignored, it can really affect one's relationship with coworkers.
Please join us this Friday (15/12/2017) for a two hour class on mindfulness, wellness, and stress management by Jeff Oliver at WORQ! Class starts at 10am and ends at 12pm.
The session will begin with a quick self-introduction followed by an explanation on what mindfulness is. Mindfulness is necessity for life and self-development. The course will then move on to a guided relaxation and mindful exercise. A short discussion will follow soon after. The class will end with a final discussion on mindfulness to work and daily life and a short exercise on self love.
There will be no ticket charge for the class however a recommended donation of at least RM20 (or more) will be suitable for attending the class.
Jeff grew up at Shelly Beach, Australia, and trained in mindfulness for 9 years in Burma. Throughout that time, he learnt many great qualities of the heart, of which forgiveness is one of the most important. Jeff has been teaching mindfulness for over 20 years and he has found that mindfulness is perhaps the greatest foundation for living.
